Returns.

We work in small batches. Some pieces come in one colour or print only; others come in two or three colourways or prints with limited stock each. Read this before you buy so we're on the same page.

The short version

• Size exchanges:we can't swap sizes — each piece is listed in a fixed size. Ask us to measure it before you buy.
• Condition returns: if a piece arrives meaningfully different from how we described it, tell us within 48 hoursof delivery and we'll refund in full.
• Changed your mind:we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please read descriptions and measurements carefully before you check out.

How to raise a return

Message @specialthriftph on Instagram or WhatsApp with photos and your order reference. We respond the same day.

If we agree on a refund, we pay return shipping within Port Harcourt and process the refund through Paystack within 5 working days of receiving the piece back.

Auto-refunds (you did nothing wrong)

Sometimes two buyers try to pay for the same piece at the same time. One wins, the other is automatically refunded by Paystack — usually within a few minutes, sometimes up to 7 days depending on your bank. You don't need to do anything.
